Rental into a flip into selling for cash over asking price to Blackrock? Or keep the community as tenants forever by landlords that own multiple properties like that

Well, are you aware that we have a program that will assist with down payments for some buyers? Some cities also have programs to help first time homebuyers. You should look in your area to see if there’s something like that. FHA is federal and I’m sure this administration will try killing it.
