They’re going to demolish it this summer. They’ll build a gilded monstrosity in its place, and eventually remove the Kennedy name entirely.

Now that is probably false because the Kennedy Foundation would sue the shirt and pants off anybody who tried that one. Caroline Kennedy Schollsberg and the Shrivers are still very active on the Board.

It was hyperbole, but fyi, no member of the Kennedy family currently has voting rights on the Board of Trustees. Last May, they changed the bylaws to remove voting rights for both emeritus trustees and ex officio members of the board. Only Trump appointees can make decisions.
