I agree re: Israeli objectives & occupation of Lebanon. Though for clarity, the Greater Israel patches appear to not be official insignia, instead added by individuals. Though they betray a strong undercurrent in the IDF, & seeming institutional tolerance. (Sources inc New Arab, Middle East Monitor)
