Are they going to jail? I hate to be Cynical about it, but I heard how trump & the Senators & Representatives were going to Jail for 4 yrs. I hope with every fiber of my being that I'm terribly Wrong.

The US doesn’t recognise the ICC ie The Hague, nor do Russia or Israel.
If it did, Netanyahu could have been arrested on US soil during his recent visit. If he goes to Sth Africa, he would be & will stand trial.
