Good morning Kitty. I am having a lazy day today which will probably include a dog walk and delving into BBC channel 4 archives. I found a very interesting, eye opening documentary about the religious cult Gloriavale in NZ.

Well, having survived a wonderful family ski holiday , I went out to feed the birds yesterday, slipped on ice and ended up flat on my back! Nothing broken , thankfully, but feeling a bit stiff and sore today!! Expecting some beautiful bruises!

Oh my goodness, you poor thing! Thank goodness you haven’t damaged anything! I hope the stiffness and soreness wear off quickly. Last week I took my 2 yr old Dalmatian for a lead walk and because he is inclined to pull, I was watching the ground like a hawk! It was so slippery.
