While The Punisher would absolutely be for Trans rights (he divides people of ALL races/religion/genders/orientations/species/etc into "innocents" and "targets") and would respect Sam as Cap, he wouldn't be that passionate about it as Frank ain't exactly a passionate guy

I find the idea of him being against fascists funny considering he was all in support of them when captain america was one in secret empire. (Plus, his logo being used by them.)

Idk punisher feels like his morals shift were the plot needs them. I just never exactly got the need for him hes a guy. But with some guns. In a world were most things are bulletproof.
