I just called and they wanted to know my card number. DO NOT GIVE THEM IT. They don't need it for complaints- They're going to check if you had made any purchases and tell you your card is working fine or "It should be working correctly now". Again it's an attempt to quail any anger,

if they ask for it, tell them that you wish for them to have a good day and hang up AFTER you file your complaint.

While yes, employees are people too- eventually EVERYONE CRACKS so DON'T LET UP!
