I heard (I don't know if this is true or not) but I heard that trump told military to "take control of US/Mexico border" which I know it's against the law to have a sitting president to send ANY military to either side of the border

It’s to take control of the land on our side of the border so that if they do an illegal border crossing they are also trespassing on military property which is an even more serious crime. It’s cruelty through semantics.
