This drive to create classes of entitled and not entitled is just as bad and unproductive as when the right play it the other way...plus creates way more admin burdens...

Oh exactly the same is it? We see means testing all the time from rw National and Labour yet suddenly it's a no. What happened was there was a class of entitled and not. Those who were in a position to purchase because the entitled, those who didn't did not.

God forbid we create admin burdens to help those reliant on their cars for low income wages. Better to leave them out and now, yet again, in a position where they cannot afford/may not be able to access fuel, right?
