Not sure. I think most of the regions are in multiple DCs/locations.

I'm sure some of them are in Arlington. A bunch of undersea cables landing in Virgina Beach have their PoP there. My job before Amazon I dealt more with data centers and we had a huge presence in VA for our data centers. At Amzn I didn't bother to figure out where anything was beyond SEA3.
