A friendly reminder that when republicans hold the majority, they set the agenda, they decide what gets blocked, and they choose whether to hold their own accountable. So even when Democrats speak out, they don’t have the votes to actually stop the behavior we’re seeing.

Some of the Dems are friends with folks from “the other side”. Let’s hope, in the background, they are constantly reminding their pals of the disaster they are enabling. Yes I know hope is the root of all human suffering. ❤️‍🩹
