There’s actually some accountability in political circles. She’ll probably still have a job on Monday and friends will invite her out next week, which isn’t true in most other situations.

Just to be clear, I wasn't talking about the morals of the victim, I was talking about the morals of the politicians who "endorse a known abuser."

I do agree with your point that victims are usually treated even worse. It's fucked up that the bar is so low, the bar is down in hell.
