Louisville committed a second defensive penalty during OT and the second one results in an automatic score.

Since they were in sudden death that means the game is over and Orlando wins.

I don’t know about this one. I could see this being a rule in high school ball to prevent endless OT or for safety. Have to add a caveat that you can’t end the game on something like this.

Honest question: do you prohibit live betting in overtime of UFL games?

Bribing a ref in this situation is practically far-fetched. Successful delivery of the instruction to jimmy with the result AND the payoff dough, between end of regulation and OT coinflip, is almost impossible.
