I agree they are and I'm very worried, which is why I want to know if someone has proposed a commercial research exemption! Someone can't rule out something they're not briefed on

Somehow they seem not to catch up on research reports that are very clear about the negative impact of that stuff. And it will not create the jobs nor income that are so desperately needed...
