I did a lot of early schooling in rural-ish Wisconsin and boy my mom has some stories of incredibly racist and misandrist (idk of a better term) teachers

Some white women in some public districts practice humiliation of boys of color. It is intended by the system. It is racism and feeds into the school to prison pipeline. Some of them are doing it consciously, some not so much. They believe these boys must be "humbled".
