I see it simply as fertile ground to potentially radicalize people. I'm sure there are folks out there who saw that the first one didn't do shit and are now more willing to listen to "this isn't doing anything" than before, and those are potential allies for things that do do something.

I don't disagree, I'm just trying my best to be less cynical than I was last summer because things have only gotten worse and people are clearly getting angrier. I don't remember a lot of Dem grannies talking about stringing the old bastard up themselves, and they're definitely talking now haha

it's a good temperature check for *if* something meaningful comes along to push that energy forward and properly utilize it, but these as are won't do a damn thing
