After the weekend Scotland has just had with #StormÉowyn, this magnificent window from St Columba's Church in Largs, showing Christ calming the storm, seems very appropriate for #StainedGlassSunday!

St Columba's Church in Largs? Lovely piece of redbrick victorian gothic. strong recommend. Been in and was v impressed. Only thing that outshines it anywhere near is the now deconsecrated Thomas Coats Memorial Baptist Church, which is astonishing.

This beautiful window was photographed by our lovely local church recording volunteers last year, shortly before St Columba's sadly held its final public service.
