Well, I spent my first one too stressed out from working all day that I couldn't think about anything else until it was time to go to bed. I have fallen through every crack in life, so there is no amount of visibility is gonna take away having to give up everything to go to work.

I’m sorry to hear that - sometimes all we can do is keep pushing, but I know that’s easier said than done. You aren’t alone in this. Being seen won’t solve problems, but perhaps it’s better to know that there are people who care than to feel alone. ❤️ tomorrow comes, and I believe it will be better.
