To be clear, they can't stop it without Republicans, which essentially means they can't stop it.

However, anything less than every effort is a complete and utter failure in maybe a pivotal moment in human history

absolutely. but using the 25th, untried, untested which would have to go in front of a supreme court that will absolutely reject it, doesn't seem like the place to start
