it’s not new information but we will repeat it every day. trump’s 2024 campaign was shamelessly, brazenly fraudulent and that’s why he’s at almost 70% disapproval. the whole thing was a lie and voters just needed to touch the hot stove again and they did and they fucking hate it

No matter how much people were told what he’d do they simply refused to believe it. His first term wasn’t extreme enough for them to think of him as other than their TV memories of him as Magic Businessman. It’s no comfort at all, but they just plain wanted him back.
