Tonight, a Ukrainian drone struck the Tynguta station on the Volgograd-Tikhoretsk pipeline, setting off a fire visible from 25 kilometers away. The pipeline feeds diesel directly to Novorossiysk and the Sheskharis export terminal, Russia’s main Black Sea oil artery.
