it was touted as the best jrpg of the generation, i kept playing wondering when it would grt good, finally i got fed up and went looking to see when the story would pick up and realized i was on the doorstep of the final dungeon. dropped the game right then. orchestral soundtrack was the 1 positive

Ho my god LMAOOOO I didn't even get that far but the pacing was soooo slow 😭
Meanwhile I had Final Fantasy X and its incredible opening sequence...
Far from a perfect game but at least it got me hooked and I replayed it several times 😂
