The decayed tooth I keep complaining about has made me anxious about a lot of my health issues. I feel like we’ll never be able to afford to get it out, and I’ve begun to despair.

Maybe I should get my affairs in order, because it’s only a matter of time before it goes septic and kills me. It’s kind of amazing it hasn’t already.
