netflix woukd as its a property they have much more control over.

im starting to think this made up controversy is a generational thing.

teens who watxh tadc dont remember it could be 7 months between a cinema release and renting a movie from blockbuster

In any case, I don’t think it’s unreasonable for people to be annoyed that they’ll have to go to a theater that’ll inevitably be full of a bunch of annoying weirdos if they want to avoid spoilers for something that’s typically available for free.

But the annoying weirdos is part of the experience!

It’d be one thing if this was produced specifically as a movie like that Markiplier movie, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

I feel the “Annoying Weirdos” thing is a pretty week excuse, I’ve seen videos of watch parties for this show at bars and stuff and it seemed fine enough… people just want something to complain about

Remember when you could be online all the time and avoid spoilers cuz the only place they'd be posted is in a spoiler megapost if anywhere because the internet wasn't four websites that were a clone of each other?

at this stage the funniest thing would be for the movie to have a UK release but be rated 15 so the loudest voices cant go
