Yeah, we have young teens zipping around all over the neighborhood with these things.

I don't think they know the rules of the road or understand the consequences of crashes.

There is some rude dude (not a teenager) that rides a hefty e-bike up and down a local bike path near me.
He rides way faster than the limit.
He has actually yelled at me (an old lady walking her dog) to get out of the way on more than one occasion.
Pisses me off.
