Where on the page does it say that for amended rules prior to Dec 2025?

I mixed up with the requirements for second gen Canadians born out of the country. They have to prove 1000 hours of residency (if their parent auto-qualifies.)

Also, reading the page, it looks like the 1000 hours rule only applies to people born after 2025, and it applies to the PARENT.
