Maybe, maybe not. But there will be passenger manifests with names of all on board as this is required for all planes (and passenger ships), so if something goes wrong, it is known (a) the number of and (b) who was on board said plane/ship.

(Sadly) if a ship sinks or a plane crashes, then emergency workers need to know how many people were on board, and who they are/were so next-of-kin can be informed etc.

So a US journalist(s)/MSM should be going after all the flight logs for the Lolita Express, like now.
