7- ‘Just What I Needed’ (1978)

The band's very first single. Five of my top seven songs are from this record, which I consider the greatest debut ever. It reached #27 on Billboard's Top 100 & began an amazing pop music journey.

The album has stood the test of time. Some of the albums from that era not so much. 🫶🏻🎶

Indeed. It somehow avoids that 'dated' feel many records released at this have today. I think many post-punk/new wave artists were able to create timeless music. Of course, many didn't. 🤣😂
