It's a Saga 1 Emperor keyboard and replaces the original ZX Spectrum 48K rubber keyboard.

It's a lovely keyboard to use compared to the original Spectrum keyboard and is apparently quite rare.

No, it just sits on a shelf under the Macintosh. It's a totally different computer.
