Whenever I see photos like this it make me smile, but damn, it's so bittersweet too.

Things have changed so much, but I'm glad I got to experience such a special era.

Saw a Youtuber from Genz talking about how awesome it must have been to grow up in the 90s. Video games, anime, cartoons, Nick at night.. I really do feel for kids these days. Sucks for em

I wish I was able to recognize at the time how much better the times I was growing up in were, I would've probably been more keen on letting my parents take pictures like this.

At least I have the memories of that time even if they aren't a perfect snapshot of how things looked and felt.

I have some of these pics of my brothers and I in the living room, sitting just like that - huddled together. One tv, one or two gaming systems, and strategy guides. Simpler and honestly the best times. 🥹
