If Gallego, Schiff and others knew, and they decided to endorse him anyway, that alone is a scandal.

I can’t imagine that either of those two did not know not least because Gallego and Swalwell hung out together so much on trips and elsewhere. Also, there are rumors about Gallego as well.

The creepier members tend to prey on weaker folks (staff, interns, more) and their supposedly more-respectable colleagues don't bat an eye because they "protect their friends" and collect favors for cashing in in the future. They're all bad everywhere

I am just some rando with no particular insider knowledge but at some point we need to take a look at Gallego. One of the few senators to endorse Swalwell, one of the few to endorse Platner, and leaked text messages that are nakedly misogynistic and homophobic/transphobic. I am not alleging/implying

that Gallego did anything of the magnitude of Swalwell or anything at all. What I am saying is there can only be many signs before we need to question his values and whether he can be trusted with any level of authority. It is extremely concerning imo and a pattern at this point.

It's also just idiotic. What are the odds that allegations like this stay buried forever when someone starts running for governor of California?

all of these kinds of people always assume they can keep such things from ever coming out or being a problem

maybe it's part & parcel of the mindset that led them to do such things in the first place

The utter nerve of these types of men is...wow. And it sounds like everyone knew he was like this.
