The internet has been shut down in Iran since the war started, so it wouldn't surprise me if it was an Iranian student abroad.

Clearly very loyal to Iran. And clearly very up-to-speed with what's happening in the U.S.

The details about Trump are off the charts. So they've been paying attention.
