Mental Health Pro Tip:

Go play a game.

No seriously. Gaming takes your mind and your nervous system out of the IRL and gives it an outlet.

You vibe with characters you see your own struggles and questions in.

A story can help you process your own feelings.

Gaming is therapy. Embrace it๐ŸŽฎ

Gaming has always been a great escape for me, especially these days when everything else seems to not be going well.

100% agree. I definitely rely on games to escape the crazy. Especially this past month which has been a wild time!

๐Ÿคจ Oh, so staying up until 2 AM playing Slaughter Horse 2 is good for me? It sure doesn't feel like it the next day.

I mean, no kidding LOL staying up for that long especially late at night or early morning. Messing your circadian rhythm up is never a good idea.

Playing slaughter horse 2 like for a few hours during the day or when winding down is a better play ๐Ÿ˜‰

Can confirm ๐Ÿ˜

There is nothing better than relaxing with a good game. Even when I am getting my butt handed to me in Elden Ring, I stop to admire the environments.

It can be relaxing sometimes to just sit there and watch.

Even losing fights in a game goes a long way. Being able to focus on a different challenge let's your brain rest, and at least for me, I notice i have new ideas for the IRL issues after a gaming break!
