as a corollary to that, its worth noting that we started in 2008, so we've had our noses to the grindstone for 17+ years, and honestly feel like we're just getting started. very fortunate that we've never had to pause to consider the 'opportunities' constantly spammed at us by private equity goons

we run our own warehouse, mailroom, and customer service in-house, because we like working with people. this is also why generative AI has no place anywhere in our pipeline.

as of now, we've got about 150 employees worldwide. and we've got pretty great retention too – about 40% of our employees have been here for 5+ years
