Referring to them as screwing up the release assumes it wasn't deliberate (i.e. a starlight tour), which is extending them more charity than they deserve.

Oh I don’t think those are all screwups. Some were definitely purposeful. At the very least weaponized incompetence, but most likely on purpose. Starlighting is a real thing that happens. The lack of humanity at every turn is astounding. There’s a reason that we say ACAB.
