There's no such thing as a "logical centrist." There's no such thing as "moderates." What these people want is a socially acceptable way to be a bigot and to couch their bigotries in political parlance. They're cowards who don't have the courage of their convictions ...

... These people pretend like, e.g., when someone says "I think all trans people should be eliminated" and trans people say "we just want to live, and to live our lives in peace" that both sides are "extremists" and that the answer to the "debate" is somewhere in the middle...

... instead of saying "Um, no, you're not eradicating anyone, and this isn't up for debate." They *want* the eradication. They just want it in a way that has good optics.

Some things don't have two sides.
