But on repeat the American people celebrate victories in court that never materialize into action.

And now we will pat ourselves on the back without anything changing.

OK, but will the Trump Administration release the funds?

This isn’t completely true. It hasn’t been restored yet. It’s supposed to be because the Trump admin lost this fight in court, but who here thinks they’ll comply? And when they don’t comply, who is there to enforce the ruling?
This isn’t solved / finished / over.

Let's hope it holds up, because there are a lot of lives on the line, not to mention the thousands of jobs that were held by well qualified personnel, unlike those that are running amok in our government!

Now, if only SCOTUS remembers basic law...
