Idk, our govt never hung the rest of the confederacy & they invited nazis over after ww2- I think a tribunal comprised of Indigenous people & Black Women should act as judge, jury & executioner, so I nominate Atlanta, Detroit, Chicago, Compton, & Baltimore.
