I recently saw a pigeon lying in the grass near my building. It wasn't walking or moving, just lying there jerking its head back and forth the way they do when they walk. It was weird. I figured it was stunned but it was there an hour later when I came back, now just lying there, watching people

A couple hours later and I came out to find it on its back, no longer moving. I didn't touch it or anything of that sort.

No obvious signs of injury or blood, no distress calls. It was incredibly bizarre.

Is this something consistent with Bird Flu? Should I be concerned and what should I do?
