This is so true. My dad was captured by the Nazis in the Battle of the Bulge. Not far away from where he was captured was Malmedy--not always complying with the rules of engagement is what the Nazis did

My dad was captured by the US Army in the Battle of the Bulge the day after his 18th birthday, a week before Malmedy. He returned home 2 years later with a bullet resting in his head and an eye less but alive and he vowed #NeverAgainWar for anyone. He'd be devastated seeing what's going on.
