Get yourself a lanyard with a hook. Put it in the zipper.

With one hand, pull the suit down below the base of the zipper, and with the othe,r pull the zipper up with the landyard!

Woof! I picked one up a while back too, they're not bad for the price.. but yeah the back zip is a pita.. looking great though!
