This has to be a two-way street and I'm sorry to say a lot of our elders are not actually willing to cede power. I understand why young people are increasingly impatient with them.

When I talk about the elders I mean those volunteering — NOT those in office! They need to shut their mouths and listen to the young people whose futures they are stealing.
