Were real animals or people harmed in the creation of the porn they view? Is there substantial evidence they plan to enact a dangerous kink on someone else?

If the answer to both of those is 'no,' I do not care what someone else is into, and neither should you.

Sometimes I care insofar as wanting to find a common interest, is that okay?

Are you trying to attack those who don't share that common interest, or are you willing to live and let live?

And besides, with an open mind sometimes their interests can become yours.

Defining someone's morality and character solely on the smut and kink they enjoy despite never harming anyone is legitimately fascist behavior. It doesn't make anyone safer. It just normalizes the policing of sexuality and, in turn, the policing of queer media.

If someone is posting stuff you personally don't like or find uncomfortable, just block them and move on.

I do recommend everyone properly tag their stuff to make it easier to avoid, though. I made a whole separate account and still tag stuff so people who aren't into my spicier stuff can avoid it.
