You can tell a lot about my state by our roads. Our rural highways look like the people in charge. They are broken and skimmed with a chip and seal veneer that wears thin as soon as the election is over.

My sign would be: Tired of winning? The pedo πŸ‘‘ and his cabal are bringing corruption to a new level while enriching their 🏦 accounts. Fix Noise never tells them so they don't believe it. Insane times. At least the late 90s were kind of quiet.

You nailed it, Jess! I live in a rural area, and the tricks I have to pull just to keep my car out of the deepest potholes make me qualified to be a Hollywood stunt driver.

Thank you, Jess for all that you are doing. After reading this and the comments, it brought me to tears. My ex is from Missouri and extreme right. I was young and naive (I can save him). I know what you are up against. God bless you, and for non believers, please send her all the good vibes you can!

There's large parts of the Kansas city area that are more pothole than street.

Being from perhaps only slightly better Iowa I hesitate to be too critical, but I live close to the border and have spent considerable time on the rural highways of northern Missouri, and yes there is a noticeable difference when you cross the state line.

The same as if you cross over from Illinois. However, Illinois has a higher gas tax, so Illinois has better roads. You get what you pay for, I guess

Yours are a big step above Iowa’s gravel roads.

This reminds me of what my friend Cathy Kott is doing, running in the ruby red 6 Georgia State House District 6.
Keep up the good work!

I drive on those roads for my job. They are in bad shape and getting worse.

I think you can tell much more about MO by the quality K-12 education. 49th in funding, last in school safety, 60% behind pre 2019 levels in math and reading. I moved 2 step daughters to Colorado in 2002 and they were both 2 full grade levels behind CO and MO has only become worse.

I feel compelled to add that I moved both daughters from a school district considered to be good (Nixa) in southwest MO to one considered to be average (Broomfield) in CO & still two grade levels behind. They had to work so hard to catch up. Shameful of MO.
