Biden already did it and was sued and then Trump just let it fizzle out. In fact, the person now working with Mamdani responsible for this is the same person who worked with the FTC on it under Biden.

Thanks, for some reason I thought it was a CFPB thing rather than Khan. My point is that it should be a headliner promotion thing, not just one among 50 points. It's not that big of a thing in dollars, but EVERYONE hates this aspect of modern American life.
