Is there a way to transform a list into a feed? And the opposite, transform a feed into a list?

Hi! Will you say a little more about why you'd like to convert a list into a feed and vice versa? There are third-party tools to convert a starter pack into a list and vice versa. But lists and feeds, if you're happy with their outputs in their original forms, are already practically identical.
