Top 2 priorities should be solar on every roof and bidets on every toilet.

when i had shoulder surgery i got a handheld showerhead so i could wash my ass without clumsily doing it offhand or having to contort myself under the fixed showerhead

also far more comfortable than tp if you're having a hemorrhoid flare-up

You mean I've had it backwards this whole time? You know, I was wondering why my solar panels weren't producing any energy...

The government should give away free bidets. It would probably save a ton of money on sewage system maintenance.

When I first got a bidet I told my brother-in-law about how much of a game-changer it was. Then while I was at his house and needed to use the toilet he said, β€œSorry I don’t have one of them beignets or whatever,” and I couldn’t stop laughing at the thought of smashing a fried pastry into my asshole

Bidets yes, distributed solar seems so much messier than centralized grid scale solar farms though. I admit I'm a layperson on this

Certainly much better than a centralised grid scale bidet

Your idea is sound. But, current gen solar panels have a maximum life span of only about 15 yrs and the average cost per home is $30k. I have panels on my house that were installed in 21 and they’ve been a pain thanks to shotty equipment and awful after sales support due to poor gov regulations

Or vice versa, this isn't a time to be picky.

No, the bidet thing is definitely priority number two.

god I wish there were a way renters could get solar panels but there isn't

that would be so cool

Partial investment in a bigger solar farm in a paddock somewhere is much more cost efficient technically but still rare because it's more complicated to permit and organise than just putting your own panels on your own roof.

Hopefully it becomes more common going forward.

Your slogan can be:
"TP for your bunghole?
No, warm water for your bunghole."
