Sorry to be out of the loop, but I haven’t heard of “smol bean fascism”. Can someone explain? Where did that term come from?

Smol and smol bean are used in reference to things, creatures, concepts, and people that are adorably small in stature.

Yes so 'smol bean fascism' is carrying out state-sanctioned violent authoritarianism while still trying to claim the protection inherent to "little guy" status.
