Last night a bunch of dogs started barking and then far off I heard someone honking their horn in what sounded like a celebratory way. I was falling asleep but I half woke up thinking "did it happen??"

I want it to happen on camera in the Oval Office, surrounded by his loyalists. They will still blame it on Democrats, but it will be a harder sell.

There will be celebrations in the streets, parties that break out in offices around the country, horns honking everywhere ... it will be glorious.

I'd even suggest a national holiday: "The day that saved the Republic!"
