So Grey's idea of normal changed once he'd changed to a wolf. He still wishes there was some kind of guide to explain but hes gotten used to big, fluffy, and living in the wild as normal while the human part is considered uncomfortable necessity used for doing certain things in civilization

Normal for the Creator is shoes off indoors, carrying a change of clothes in a backpack in case he is delayed somewhere (or stays over at the studio) and working overnight. Normal for the Seeker used to be dumpster diving and sleeping rough to avoid his mother's bully boy fella.

Kai: "normal", just with Pokémon. Also he's traveling the world meeting people, learning, teaching, making friends.

Izzy: normal was mean, unpredictable, dangerous, and violent. Now normal is reactionary isolation and full dedication to Pokémon research. Some werid kid just knocked on her lab door.

They have no idea .. if they found out where normal people live they would go take pictures of them and talk about how magical it is to see normal people in the wild.
